## About
888 Brickell by Dolce & Gabbana is a supertall luxury condominium tower at 888 Brickell Avenue in Miami, developed by JDS Development Group. Rising 90 stories and 1,049 feet, it is set to become the tallest building in Miami. The tower is the first residential project in the United States to carry the Dolce & Gabbana name, with architecture and interiors by AD100 designer Studio Sofield and club and restaurant interiors by Ken Fulk.

The 259 residences are delivered fully furnished and turnkey, with custom kitchens, baths, and millwork by Studio Sofield, ceiling heights up to 11 feet, and views across the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, downtown Miami, and Miami Beach. Amenities include a private members club, a 3,900 SF pool club, a double-height indoor padel court, a fitness and recovery center, a 5,000 SF event space, and signature restaurants including the 888 Chinese Restaurant, plus Rolls-Royce house cars and valet.

Pre-construction pricing ranges from $2.2 million to roughly $88 million for penthouses. The deposit structure is 20% at contract, 10% at groundbreaking (2026), 20% at top-off (2027), and 50% at closing (2029). Completion is expected in 2029. Sales are handled by Adrian Sanchez of WIRE Miami, who represents buyers; the developer covers the brokerage commission.
