Shared Where It Should Be, Private Where It Counts
The amenities at 888 are run as a hotel would run them: arrival, the restaurants and the pool club serve residents and hotel guests. A full floor higher in the tower is kept for residents alone.
The developer's brochure puts it plainly: in addition to the amenities available to hotel guests, residents have private facilities and services. A tailor and a barber are on call, and the building app, house phones and concierge interface connect each residence to the hotel's services.
Ask which floors you share before you compare 888 with a purely residential tower. The brochure describes the pool club and restaurants as part of the hotel offering, so the deck on 22 is shared with guests. The developer reserves the lap pool on 43 strictly for residents, and that floor is the one to walk first when the building opens.
