The Residences

The Residences at 888 Brickell

259 residences in a 90-story tower, delivered furnished by Dolce&Gabbana, from one-bedrooms on the 25th floor to a single penthouse on the 87th.

259 Residences, 90 Stories

A Residence and a Hotel in One Tower

888 Brickell rises 90 stories and 1,049 feet, a record height for Miami, clad in travertine with a gold crown. JDS Development Group is building it with Dolce&Gabbana, and Studio Sofield designed the architecture.

The 259 residences sit above a five-star hotel operation, and the developer describes them as delivered turnkey: designed and furnished by Dolce&Gabbana, with ceilings up to 11 feet, private or semi-private keyed elevators, and a loggia or terrace on every plan in our files. The building app, house phones and concierge interface tie the home to the hotel's services.

Fluid Floor Plans

One Home, Up to Three Keys

The developer's brochure describes homes that move between a grand private residence, a corner hotel suite and a separate hotel room. The plans label the parts.

888 Residence

The whole home: every bedroom, the great room and the loggia with its outdoor kitchen, entered by private elevator.

888 Suite

The primary bedroom, great room and loggia, closed off from the rest as an intimate residence or a corner hotel suite.

888 Room

A bedroom with its own bath and its own entrance from the private foyer, independent of the suite.

Discretion

The brochure lists soundproofing and private entrances so residents keep their privacy when hotel guests use the rooms and suites.

Read a lock-off two-bedroom here as a one-bedroom suite plus a separate room, and price it that way. Before the room's income goes into your numbers, get the hotel program terms in writing: who books it, what the operator keeps, and what the condominium documents allow.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

259, in a 90-story tower that rises 1,049 feet, per the developer's fact sheet. The residential floors begin at 25; the floors below hold the arrival, restaurants, event space, fitness, spa and the 888 Pool Club.
Yes. The developer's fact sheet describes turnkey residences designed and furnished by Dolce&Gabbana, with custom kitchens, bathrooms and fully built-out closets in custom millwork. The purchase agreement for a specific residence is the final word on what is included.
Many of the developer's plans are drawn so part of the home can close off as its own key: an 888 Suite and an 888 Room with a separate entrance from the private foyer, each with its own bath. The plans mark which residences have it. How a key is used in the hotel operation is set by the condominium and hotel documents, so ask for those terms before you buy on it.
On the developer's plans, one-bedrooms run 1,159 to 1,488 SF of interior, two-bedrooms 2,005 to 2,545 SF, three-bedrooms 2,763 to 3,068 SF, the half floors on 83 to 86 run 4,855 to 5,241 SF, the duplexes 4,392 and 5,859 SF, and Penthouse 87 is 9,780 SF.
The developer estimates 2029. As of WIRE Miami's September 2026 check, demolition of the earlier building on the site was complete and vertical construction had not started, so WIRE confirms the current schedule before you sign.
