Priced Release by Release
The developer brings residences to market in releases, each a list of specific homes by floor and line, and reprices as they sell. This page publishes no range: the current release goes to you directly, with its date.
A release is a short list. Between one and the next, lines close out and the open residences move up the tower, so a figure lifted from an old sheet or a listing site rarely describes a home you can still buy. The current release shows what is open today, floor by floor.
Across the releases on file, the pattern holds: the lowest number on a release is the first one gone. Ask for the whole release, then compare the same line and exposure up the tower before you choose a floor.

Four Things That Move the Number
The line
Each corner has its line and its view: B northeast, A southeast, D and E southwest, C northwest, with F at the base.
The floor
The same plan is priced up as it rises, and the bands change shape: one- and two-bedrooms low, two- and three-bedrooms from 55, half floors and duplexes at the top.
The plan
Whether a home divides into an 888 Suite and 888 Room, and how much loggia comes with it, changes what it is worth to you.
Timing
The developer intends to raise pricing as the building sells: the most sought-after lines and floors move first and are repriced.
Half Before Closing, Half at Closing
WIRE Miami's record of the developer schedule is 20 percent at contract, 10 percent at groundbreaking, 20 percent at top-off and the 50 percent balance at closing. The second and third deposits follow construction milestones rather than dates.
As of WIRE Miami's September 2026 check, the earlier building on the site had been demolished and vertical construction had not started. The developer estimates delivery in 2029. WIRE confirms the written schedule and the current construction status with the release, before you sign.
Per WIRE Miami's record of the developer schedule. The purchase agreement governs every term.
How a Purchase Works
- Choose a residence from the developer's current release by line, floor and view
- Review the plan, the Exhibit 3 unit area, the deposit schedule and the proposed budget in writing before you sign
- If the residence divides into an 888 Suite and 888 Room, read the hotel program terms in the condominium documents
- Sign the purchase agreement; Florida law gives you 15 days to cancel after signing and receiving the condominium documents
- Fund the deposits into escrow on the schedule the agreement sets
- Close when the building is completed, estimated by the developer for 2029
The developer pays the brokerage commission, so WIRE Miami's representation costs the buyer nothing. WIRE Miami represents you, not the developer.
